Where are the jackets made?
Our jackets are made in Jaipur, India, with rich suzani-inspired embroidery on velvet, and sent to you from Braintree, Essex.
Is each design one of a kind?
We work in small numbers, so every design is limited. Colours and details can vary slightly from piece to piece.
How do the jackets fit?
Every Sakhiya jacket is free size (one size), cut in a relaxed, boxy shape designed to layer. Measurements: chest tbc · length tbc. If you’re unsure whether it will suit you, email us your measurements and we’ll happily advise.
What are they made of?
The outer is velvet with embroidered detail, and the jackets have a striped lining. Fabric details can vary by design; ask us if you’d like to know more about a particular piece.
How do I care for my jacket?
Dry clean recommended. Avoid machine washing and wringing. Store on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight.
How long will delivery take?
We send from Essex. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed with your order. See Shipping & returns.
Can I return a jacket?
Yes. You can cancel and return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition. Full details on our Shipping & returns page.
How do I pay?
Online card payment is coming soon. For now, add your jackets to your Bag and send us your order request by email. We’ll confirm everything with you and share payment details.
Will you be selling bags?
Yes! Block-print tote bags and small bags are coming soon. Tell me when.
