UK delivery
We send from Braintree, Essex. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirming your order.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracked): £3.95 per order, usually 2–4 working days. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you’re elsewhere, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sakhiya.uk@gmail.com.
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. Please keep it unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- We’ll refund the item price (and standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Confirm return postage policy
Faulty or not as described
If something arrives faulty or isn’t as described, please email us as soon as you can with a photo. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, and we’ll put things right.
A note on small batches
Our jackets are made in small batches, so small variations in colour and measurements between pieces are normal. They’re not faults.
Garment care
Dry clean recommended. Avoid machine washing and wringing. Store on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight and damp.
